Terms and Conditions – COOLNEST x OCEANSAPART Giveaway

Below you will find the terms and conditions for our giveaway. By participating, you accept these terms.

1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is More than Oceans Apart GmbH, Glücksteinallee 43, 68163 Mannheim, in cooperation with COOLNEST.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside within the EU are eligible to participate.
Employees of Snocks GmbH or COOLNEST and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period
Participation is possible from 01/12/2025 to 10/12/2025.

4. Participation Requirements
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and not linked to a purchase.
Participation occurs by:
Participating under the Oceansapart x Coolnest Instagram post.
No further confirmation is required. All participation requirements listed under the post must be fulfilled.

5. Prize & Winner Selection
Among all valid entries, we will raffle:
2 nights at the Coolnest Design Hotel in Austria
in cooperation with OCEANSAPART from 25/01 to 27/01/2026.

The winners will participate on-site in a program organized by OCEANSAPART.

Included in the prize:

  • 2 nights at the Coolnest Design Hotel
  • Breakfast, lunch snack, and dinner

Not included in the prize:

  • Arrival and departure
  • Additional services such as massages, ski passes, activities outside the program, extra nights, room service, etc.

6. Exclusion of Participants
More than Oceans Apart GmbH may exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Manipulation or attempted manipulation
  • Providing false information

7. Termination or Modification of the Giveaway
More than Oceans Apart GmbH reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the giveaway at any time for good cause.
Cancellation may be necessary in particular due to:

  • Force majeure
  • Technical issues
  • Legal reasons

In such cases, participants shall have no claims.

8. Liability
More than Oceans Apart GmbH assumes no liability for damages arising from participation or use of the prize, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Claims resulting from injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations remain unaffected.

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

10. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the intended purpose.
