What's in our products — and why? On this page, we show which materials we use, how we continuously improve them and which standards we follow along the way.

Materials & Certifications

Our material choices matter.
Based on our material analysis, we're gradually assessing where the use of recycled materials can be meaningfully increased and where alternative fibres could be an option. In doing so, we make sure that function, quality and wearing comfort of our products are maintained.

At the same time, we're working to increase the share of certified organic cotton and replace conventional cotton where possible. When selecting our materials, we follow recognised standards.

Since December 2025, we are certified according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The standard verifies the share of recycled materials and enables their traceability along the supply chain. Additionally, it includes requirements for environmental management, chemical use as well as social criteria at processing facilities. First styles like the Brandy Seamless Top and the Brandy Seamless Pant already carry GRS certification.

*Viscose and modal are regenerated cellulose fibers made from plant-based raw materials such as wood.
