Our whistleblowing service

Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system to mitigate risks. It's a critical tool for fostering high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.

You can use our whistleblowing service to alert us about serious risks of wrongdoing affecting people, our organisation, society, or the environment.

Your report can include information about criminal offences, irregularities, violations, or other actions that breach EU or national laws within a work-related context.

You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all reports must be made in good faith.

Security and confidentiality

Our whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner, WhistleB Whistleblowing Centre, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected.

How do I submit a message anonymously?

Submit your message easily and securely by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. Follow the instructions in the online form. After submission, you'll receive an ID and password on-screen. Keep these secure. Your anonymity will be maintained throughout this dialogue.
