We hope you really enjoy the articles you ordered, but if for any reason you are not satisfied and would like your money back, you have the option to return your item(s).
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you make a request for a refund during this time, but you can’t send your purchase back on time, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Of course, we understand that you want to try items on. This is absolutely fine, but please don't wear them. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging and all the tags and labels still attached. All items are inspected upon return. If we receive an item that is damaged or has signs of wear, we won't be able to refund it, and we may have to send it back to you.

Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Visit our Returns portal.
2. Enter your order number: you can find it in your order confirmation email or in your account under ""Orders"". Please note that if you are returning a product that has previously been exchanged, you must enter the exchange order number and not the original order number. This can be found in your confirmation email (starting with IM).
3. Enter the return reason for each item and the action requested: refund or exchange.
4. If you are requesting a refund for an order containing free gifts: make sure that the minimum order value of the free gift code will still be met after the refund. If it is no longer met, please also return the free gifts in order to receive a refund. For these items, you can select the return reason ""Free gift""."
5. Then select the collection point or parcel machine on the attached map at which you wish to deposit your return parcel. Returns from outside Italy/France/Austria are handled by DHL.
6. Next, make a payment and download the return label and return documents.
7. Regardless of whether you chose a mobile or printable label, please remember to print and insert the return form into the parcel. You can find your return form under the button “Download documents”.
8. If you chose a printable label, print it and stick it on top of the parcel.
If you chose a QR mobile label, use it at the drop-off point to receive a label and stick it on top of the parcel.
9. Hand your parcel in at the drop-off point.
The average processing time of a return is 7 - 10 working days after its arrival at our warehouse.
If you used a coupon code that allowed you to select a gift with an OCEANSAPART order, we will charge you 0 EUR for the gift at the time of purchase, however, the gift is subject to the minimum purchase value of the coupon code.
If the minimum purchase value is still met after the refund, you may keep the gift. In the case where it is not, please return it.
If you are unsure whether you need to return a gift or not, please contact our Customer Service team.
Please note you are responsible for the safe packaging and shipping of your return. You are free to choose which provider you wish to use to return your order. We strongly recommend that you send your package insured so that you receive a tracking number. We also advise you to keep proof of your shipment. This will give us an insight into the status of your shipment in case of any complications.
The average processing time for a refund or an exchange is 7 - 10 working days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.Once your return has been processed and you chose to exchange sizes, you will receive a tracking link once your order with new sizes has been shipped.
If you chose to receive a refund, it may take up to 4 days for the amount to be transferred back to your bank account, this depends on the payment method selected:
Credit card: Refunds are made on average within 3 days after the return is processed.
Paypal: Refunds are made on average within 1 day after the return is processed.
Przelewy24: Refunds are approximately 2-3 days after the return is processed.
With Klarna : The average refund is up to 2 days after processing.
We only offer exchanges for different sizes, regardless of whether they are paid items or free gifts.
We do not exchange for other colors or models of clothing. We ask for your understanding.

With our bright summer colors of the Seamless collection leggings, complete coverage is not fully guaranteed. The fabric has been deliberately designed to be very thin and therefore provides an extremely comfortable wear.
We recommend wearing skin-coloured underwear and ordering the leggings a size larger.
However, if despite the perfect fit, the fabric is too see-through for you, you can make a complaint using our return portal.
We have designed our packaging to be repurposed for returns and therefore generate less waste.
For envelopes: simply remove the white strip to reseal.
For boxes: please reseal using parcel tape.
Remember to remove the original carrier sticker from the outside of the package before attaching the new label. Then put your return slip inside the parcel.
Of course, you don't have to use our packaging - as long as the items are packed securely and with the correct label attached, we will be able to process your returns.
We highly recommend sending each order back separately, with the corresponding return slip in each parcel. However, if you prefer to return multiple orders together, please add the corresponding return slip for each order to the parcel. The average processing time of a return is 7 - 10 working days after its arrival at our warehouse.
In case you forgot to add your return slip to your parcel, please reach out to our Customer Service team and send them the missing return slip via e-mail. This will help us process your return according to your wish.
If you changed your mind and decided to keep an item, you don't have to do anything, just keep the parcel and don't send it back to us.
Unfortunately, changing the refund method is not possible. The refund is process according to the payment method choosen while placing an order.

When selecting the drop off location for your return, choose "DHL Service Point". You can then go to any Swiss Post location to drop off the parcel.
Please write the words 'Rückware / Return' on your return package and make sure that the original invoice is attached to the outside. If it is not, then please write the invoice number on the package too (the invoice number starts with the letters OAP followed by a seven-digit number). By doing so, you will avoid having to pay customs duties for your return.
