We don't see ourselves as a sustainable company – because like any manufacturing business, we consume resources and generate emissions.
What we do, however, is consciously address our impact and develop further where we have direct influence.
That starts with our own working environment. We regularly assess where we can save resources or improve structures in our offices. Not perfect – but mindful and continuous. Some examples from our offices:
🌱 Environment- 100% electricity from renewable energy sources
- Office supplies that we choose consciously
💛 Community
- Mental health support in collaboration with Nilo Health
- Flexible work models like remote work and three offices where furry friends are welcome too
- A work environment that considers diverse needs – including accessible spaces
But for us, responsibility doesn't end at the office. Along our supply chain, we also systematically address social and environmental impacts. We continuously develop our material strategy and regularly assess where the use of recycled materials is technically viable and feasible.
Additionally, we collaborate with the Fair Wear Foundation and systematically analyse our supply chain and working conditions at our production partners.
Perfection doesn't exist in global supply chains – but we can develop our processes step by step. -
That's why we work to create transparency, to systematically identify risks along our supply chain and to derive suitable measures for improvement. We're continuously developing our internal sourcing processes. We're in regular exchange with our production partners and actively address working conditions.
We also collaborate with the Fair Wear Foundation. Through this, we aim to spot risks in the supply chain early and put concrete measures in place to reduce them step by step.
In addition, we draw on external audits – for example through amfori BSCI or comparable standards – to better assess risks and drive targeted improvements.

For 2024, we calculated our CO₂ emissions. We recorded Scope 3 emissions from areas such as purchased products, transport and business travel. For potential Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in the period under review, no reliable data was available. The results help us better understand where we can take action – for example with materials and in our production.
-
For us, sustainability isn't a state but a continuous development process. Right now, our focus is on creating more transparency in our supply chain and further expanding our internal processes. We're taking a closer look – at working conditions, materials and environmental impact – with the goal of analysing these topics thoroughly and deriving concrete next steps. We know this process takes time. That's why it's all the more important to us to stay attentive, keep learning and take responsibility along the supply chain.
